On Wednesday, October 20, 1999, together with Joan Vergés Gifra, I present the paper The barbarian and the civilized. Dialogue on one of the problems of political philosophy at the end of the century, in the X Week of Ethics and Political Philosophy organized by the Spanish Association of Ethics and Political Philosophy and the Institute of Philosophy of the Higher Council for Scientific Research and held in Madrid.
