Summer course “To Be is to Defend Oneself. Our homeland, our identity, our civilization

From Friday, July 17, to Sunday, July 19, 2026 I participate as its director to the summer course To Be Is to Defend Oneself: Our Homeland, Our Identity, Our Civilization at the Real Centro Universitario María Cristina in San Lorenzo de El Escorial. During this course I am also delivering, alongside Kiko Méndez-Monasterio, the opening lecture on Friday, July 17, at 4:40 p.m., titled “Defending the Shore: Literature and Thought in the Face of the Invasion.”
