Conferences

Conferences I have taken part in

Research

Lines and projects

My research has moved between metaethics — at times bordering on epistemology — and political philosophy, by way of ethics and various applied ethics: of communication, the environment, architecture, criminology, psychology. More recently I have turned to the philosophy of religion and to cultural and gender studies.

Beneath all these areas lie a few constant questions: what it means to interpret, how to organize postmodern and secularized societies, the problems of multiculturalism, the challenges facing Christendom. Authors such as Ludwig Wittgenstein, Gianni Vattimo and Mario Perniola have helped me enormously in these enquiries.
